If our product does not meet your expectations, we would appreciate your feed-back and consideration with the following:

  1. Try the product for at least 30 days. If you are experiencing an issue prior to this, or are unable to use our product for 30 days, please contact us.
  2. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason let us know by emailing woof@uwdogs.com. In an effort to continuously improve and provide the highest quality products available on the market we may contact you to discuss your experience using our products on your dog.
  3. Following this discussion you will be issued with a returns authorisation number. Once you have this authorisation number please return products to:

When we contact you we will ask if you would like a replacement or your money back. Please ensure you include a copy of your sales invoice and contact details along with your returns authorisation number. All postage or carrier fees with regards return items shall be at the customer’s expense.

Goods Damaged in Transit
We make every effort to ensure our products arrive in good condition; however we cannot take responsibility for the performance of our Shippit Couriers, Australia Post or any other company selected to deliver your goods. We are however willing to work this through with you to discuss replacement options.

Incorrect Goods Supplied to You
We make every effort to supply you with the products you have ordered; however if you receive goods which you believe you have not ordered then you are required to notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving those goods. If Maid in Australia Pty Ltd T/As Underwater Dogs are at fault, we will put it right.

Conditions of the Money Back Guarantee

  1. The Money Back guarantee applies only to an initial online order. Additional orders of the same product are excluded.
  2. No exchanges or change of mind refunds are available after 30 days. Note: This does not void your rights under Consumer Law if a manufacturing default becomes apparent at a later date.
